Joomla 1.5 plugin - configurable banner slider

Slides out Banner with Link from top of window. Banner can have text or be background for html Text. Aligns with any specified CSS element. No module position required. Offset enables sliding further down. Set Delay for sliding out and Speed of sliding. Joomla 1.5 only!
